Brenna is committed to guiding others along the wonderful journey of healing and self-discovery. Brenna has experience in various areas of treatment, providing support in: ADHD/neurodivergence, domestic violence, relationship problems, suicidal ideation and other acute problems, substance misuse/addictions, LGBTQ+, depression/mood disorders, anxiety disorders, physical, sexual, emotional abuse, anger/stress management, and postpartum depression/disorders. She aims to guide and empower you with the tools and insights needed to navigate life’s obstacles and create lasting positive changes. The goal is to work together to foster healing from within and navigate a path towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.
Brenna also specializes in working with youth, and collegiate athletes. She is committed to empowering her clients with the tools, training, and knowledge they need to perform optimally day in and day out. Through the use of evidence-based strategies, she is able to help her clients with a variety of performance skills ranging from mindset and motivation to improving focus and concentration, handling performance errors/nerves, imagery, developing confidence and mental toughness.
With a compassionate and client-centered approach, Brenna draws from various therapeutic modalities to meet you where you are, recognizing that each individual’s journey is unique. Aviva Rappaport

Experience
Aviva (she/her) has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, parents and families. In addition to her work at Carmanah, Aviva works as a dietitian for the Fraser Health Eating Disorders program and in an outpatient child and youth eating disorder program. Before becoming a dietitian she worked in nutrition research specializing in iron deficiency and anemia.
Aviva is empathetic, calm, caring, non-judgemental and uses a Health at Every Size informed approach. She is passionate about helping clients find a healthy relationship with food and their bodies and believes in collaborating with clients to help them achieve their goals.
Training
Aviva Rappaport, MSc, RD is a registered dietitian with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia. She completed her undergraduate and master’s degrees with honours distinction at the University of British Columbia and completed her dietetic training at McGill University.
Interests
Aviva enjoys spending time outside, trail running, traveling locally and globally and trying new recipes.

Aviva provides nutrition counselling to adults and youth. She specializes in disordered eating and eating disorders (AN, BN, ARFID, BED, OSFED), intuitive eating, iron deficiency and anemia, plant-based nutrition, meal planning and balanced eating, and mental health nutrition. Nancy Archer MC, RCC

Experience: Nancy has many years of experience working with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, trauma, PTSD, emotion dysregulation, relationship and attachment challenges, and many other mental health concerns. Before attaining her master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and becoming a therapist, Nancy worked as a corrections officer and even spent some time living in Korea working as an English teacher. Nancy is caring, non-judgmental, empathetic, and presents with a calm nature. Nancy believes that healing oneself is something that comes with time and compassion. She has worked with folks in both individual and group settings. She works hard to provide people with the tools necessary to live a healthy, happy, productive life.
Training: Nancy is a registered clinical counsellor with BCACC. She is formally trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy), EFFT (Emotion Focussed Family Therapy), TF-CBT (Trauma Focussed Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Attachment Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing as well as others. Nancy is devoted to helping individuals understand their challenges and begin to heal themselves through therapeutic work.
Interests: Nancy enjoys the outdoors and loves to spend time in this beautiful province with her family and friends. She is well travelled and has visited and lived in many different countries, a few of them being, England, Australia, Thailand, Korea, Chile and even Easter Island! Charlene Moore

Experience
Charlene has over 20 years experience working with youth and families in various settings. Her experience spans across diverse settings from working with street youth in Vancouver to school districts, recreation with the city programs and now landing in the non-profit sector. Charlene has a deep understanding of working with youth, families and caregivers with focus on mental health and substance use. Charlene provides support to parents and conflict intervention for families to strengthen family relationships. She is known to be effective in meeting people where they are at and builds relations and provide strategies that create change. Clients say she is understanding and relatable.
Training
Her education in Child and Youth Care and training in Emotion Focused Family Therapy, Trauma Informed Practice, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy guides families through tough situations that can improve family dynamics. Charlene has also been certified as a Clifton Strengths Coach.
Interests
Charlene is active in her community and is known to advocate for at-risk youth to improve their high school experience. She is a single mother of an adult son and believes in community. She is a leader in providing wellness in the workplace, bringing people together for connection and exploring ways to improve wellbeing.
